Sludge

Drying of sewage sludge is based on a large volume of the annual ecological and energy process.

We have designed, built and tested ecologically and economically advantageous technology for the processing and drying of sewage sludge.The technology is based exclusively on the mechanical principle of high-speed counter-centrifugation without chemical processes.

Sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plants as well as industrial sludge can be processed.

We dry the sewage sludge with an inlet humidity of 70 to 80% to an outlet moisture of 10 to 20% in the form of dust with a calorific value of approx. 10 to 18 GJ / t depending on the additive used.In case of requirements for increased hygienization, it is possible to add the necessary additive to the input sludge.

For easier transport and handling, the sludge treated in this way can be compressed into pellets or briquettes.
