Technology ODM

uses anti-directional reflective grinding designed to crush and dry the material. It is possible to process various types of materials in ODM 02, for example sawdust, biological waste, sewage sludge, sorted municipal waste. Only the waste itself or waste with the addition of additives can be grind and dried.
The essence of our technical solution for material division is in one step with the use of unique cutting elements:

• disrupt the surface and thus activate the particles to make them more reactive
• homogenize the divided material, which consists mainly of different structures, have different grain size, weight and different energy absorption under elastic and plastic deformation
• dry the divided material
•  sanitize biomass and waste (pasteurize – remove pathogens)

The whole grinding process in ODM 02 is mechanical processing – recycling with possible mixing of additives (eg. cement) into very fine particles. The process of material separation takes place at speeds approaching the speed of sound. No chemical or thermal process takes place.

Crushed output material is already a raw material – recyclate, which can be used directly for the production of products, according to customer requirements. The size of the fraction of the output pulp is 0.1 – 4 mm.

From the legislative point of view, the processing of waste in ODM 02 is the recycling of waste R3 and R5. At the end of the production process is the product – pulp, which is a semi-finished product for the production of final products. Subsequently, in the final product, it replaces natural raw materials and thus saves natural resources. At the end of the production process, there is a certified product meeting the required standards, which can be used in construction, industry, personal consumption, furniture production and other areas of use.
