Pulp products

By crushing RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) alone or with the addition of other materials, it is possible to obtain a raw material from which various products can be produced. A suitable semi-finished product can also be obtained by crushing used TETRAPACK packaging.

Boards or other shaped products can be produced by pressing to the desired size and shape at elevated temperature and sufficient pressure. Then it is not necessary to add any adhesives to the production process, because they are held in the given shape by molten plastic, which contains the input raw material. We can change the properties of products according to customer requirements and required parameters.

Products can be, for example:

• boards suitable for construction
• after veneering process for furniture production
• boards suitable for floating floors
• transport pallets
• containers, flower pots
• other shaped products

The advantage of these products is that at the end of their service life, they are crushed in the processing plant as separated waste and used as a raw material for re-production by the given technology.
